If that is the case and Stalin was a crazy dictator who intentionaly wanted to exterminate Ukrainians, then ask yourself - why he didn't finish the job, while he had over 20 years at his disposal (since the great famine of 1931 up to his death in 1953)?

Why he gave about a half of modern Ukrainian territory to Ukrainians during creation of the Ukrainian Soviet Socialistic Republic, the historically Russian territories, populated by Russians? And later forcibly Ukrainized those territories by forcing their Russian inhabitants to learn Ukrainian language for generations?
Why he insisted Ukranian SSR and Beylorussian SSR to ba an independent co-founders of the United Nations in 1945, if he hated Ukranians so much?
Why he was so gentel and so forgiving to the Ukranian Nazi collaborators lead by Bandera (who are the heroes now in the modern Ukraine) and just sentenced them for a 5-10 jail in Siberia, instead of executing all of them totally as they have fully deserved for their crimes against humanity?
