As for the submarine story, OceanGate sounds suspicious to begin with. Remember Watergate, Emailgate and Whatevergate! And Bill Gates!

Also Titan is a nono for such a tiny, somewhat banana-shaped sub. Should have used SubbyMcSubFace or something

The announcement comes as the global toy industry faces a slowdown in demand.

Nasa says research shows the planet is greening and a study tried to separate the known factors to see how much each contributes, increasing CO2 was by far the biggest one causing a whopping 70% of the greening. At 9% was increasing Nitrogen and the rest was divided up between global warming, precipitation and a few more. The study used satellite imagery over the last few decades to estimate the amount of greening, roughly twice the size of the US.

The zoning changes have nothing to do with destroying the suburbs. They're an (admittedly weak) attempt to address the housing crises that's plaguing renters and new home buyers. Unfortunately, NIMBYs like yourself have short circuited stronger reforms from getting passed, and I am thankful anything managed to get through the legislature.

For that low I.Q. chicken who long ago fled the state and is to stupid for reality.

Even a radically left source, you ****ing protein starve vegan liar.

Whatever the thinkers say people should do, what they keep doing given the choice is moving to places where they can live in single-family homes.

I am not allowed to tell someone they should improve the world by ending their foul existence in it so instead I will just say the world would be very, very better off without lying people like yoI polluting it with your lies.

The Democrat controlled state legislature is poised to eliminate single family zoning by voting next week to allow developers to have the ability to subdivide any lot in any neighborhood. Only a public outcry will stop them. The public needs to act now to stop this.

ARe you still so low I.Q. that you think your disgusting lies are believed by anyone who knows what the **** they are talking about? What a disgusting degenerate liar you are.

Do you ever do anything other than lie you pathetic excuse for a man? Seriously, I used to think you were just a hyper partisan blind to reality and so unable to think rationally but now it has become clear that you know you are a degenerate liar and you just get off by telling partisan lies. Just stick your head in a toilet and flush it and hopefully you go down with the rest of the feces.

I believe you said you moved out of California years ago plus, well, let us be honest, your attachment to reality has always been rather tenuous. Yes, Democrat politicians hate suburbs because they do not vote for them and they have passed several state laws to try to destroy the existing suburbs as well as to put law new suburbs. I realize your are a partisan hack as well as, let's face it, a rather stupid person. That is just who you are. But you need to stop lying about topics which you clearly know nothing about.

Sub Named Titan Sinks Touring the Titanic

Officials are in a race against time to find a civilian submersible that had five people aboard after it went missing Sunday in the North Atlantic while voyaging to the wreckage of the Titanic.

Really, that is what they lie and claim. So they have passed a state law which they claim will "dismantle the suburbs" by subdividing lots and forcing multi family dwellings on what is now mostly 0.25 acre SFH lots. It is really disheartening but it seems there are enough idiots who keep voting blue no matter who noatter how badly radical leftist Dems degrade people's living standards and quality of life. It's like brain damaged zombies.
