It would be a reasonable statement if she atleast acknowledged that criminal gangs are looting. You know, maybe some people were desperate financially, but that's not what's generally happening.

I don't see her "supporting looters" and where is the evidence that the "looters" are her followers.

And I wouldn't be surprised if she was in favor the policy due to the death traps that prisons have become. But I also think that like most people, she doesn't thinks we should be releasing violent offenders who would be a danger to the community

What people like De blasio are doing is driving businesses and people out of their cities so that they can set up the cities how they like. It's crazy, but it's true. This is a cult, and as far as I can tell AOC is a part of that, although she does not have control like the mayors. She has a large following of people that are against the police, as you say.
