But then around the first of July, it starts to climb again... far surpassing the June 26th peak reaching new record levels.

That`s not really a secure method of determining that a prson has no CoViD-19, considering the fact that 50 percent have no symptomes at all and the symptomes of the rest vary widely

Actually it has been determined that non-symptom IV people have a very low chance of transmitting the disease especially if they wear a mask and social distance. So temperature checks along with proper hygiene and mask wearing and social distancing should virtually eliminate any transmission threat. That is why schools should be reopened and most economic activity should resume as long as the proper precautions are in place as listed above.

The CDC and pediatricians do not recommend keeping schools closed because someone might get sick. Heck, even Fauci doesn't recommend that.
