Video is going viral of a crowd of black people running over a racoon twice and beating it with bats as the crowd cheers. They say it's protesters or whatever. Personally I'm more concerned about what happens to people, but people seem pretty pissed about this.

Well, that's certainly not mentioned in your link to his op-ed. All he did was insinuate that the protesters were paid for, saying "Who are these people? Who paid for their hotel rooms? Who flew them in? Law enforcement needs to look at the funding." No mention of BLM, DOJ, or Antifa.
Look, I'm sure it was scary, but if there were really "over 100 screaming and out-of-control lunatics" trying to attack him, a phalanx of cops on bicycles would not have stopped them. If they were violent, there would have been injuries or arrests.
This is just another Trump toady stoking fear, gaslighting by claiming Biden/Harris are inciting violence when it's actually Trump and his pet media who are doing just that.

I am against violence. This is a US Senator who single-handedly prevented unanimous Senate passage of the Emmitt Till Antilynching Act, claiming he wanted to make it "stronger." But the simple fact is, no federal anti-lynching bill has been passed, and he is the only reason why. (The bill passed 410-4 in the House.)
