Btw, We now have witnesses that say that Mueller applied to replace Comey. Trump interviewed him. Mueller testified that he was telling Trump what kind of person he should pick. Pretty sure that is false testimony. I think he was trying to get something like an interview (from Trump). We have communications obtained from Judicial Watch that show that Mueller was already selected as Special Prosecutor at that time.I drank beer. I like beer. I still like beer. ... So, sometimes it's acceptable for someone required to give testimony to not give it in person?Founder of The Glory of War, CHAMPIONS OF APOLYTON!!!

So if you get an affidavit from someone overseas, or for some reason can't come to court, that's worth something because it's hard for them to testify. But you aren't going to be able to even use that to convict someone of a serious crime.I drank beer. I like beer. I still like beer. ... Do you like beer Senator?

Fortunately Trump has repeatedly admitted on camera that he did the thing he's being accused of, and the transcript he released also demonstrates that he did the thing he's being accused of, so the whistleblower's testimony doesn't seem like something to get hung up on.Click here if you're having trouble sleeping.

Biden is corrupt. There may be evidence that he tried to fix 2016. There's no comparison to that and what Trump did (or tried to do). Biden needs to be investigated, period. And he is being investigated.
Bottom line is Trump didn't commit a crime because they were already investigating Biden and there just isn't any evidence of a crime at all. But if Trump just makes you feel icky then don't vote for him. I will say though that impeaching a President that hasn't even committed a crime is going to piss a lot of people off, like a whole lot.I drank beer. I like beer. I still like beer. ... So this is unbelievable. The House Ds have already decided that written testimony is enough. It's the Senate Rs that are saying no way will we even have a trial.
This would be like having a trial for murder and the police just take a written statement from an accuser.

POLITICS House Dems Hit a Snag in Their Mission to Get the Whistleblower to Testify on Trump
By REUTERS | Oct 12, 2019
Talks over whether the whistleblower who sparked an impeachment inquiry into President Donald Trump will testify to Congressional committees are hung up on the question of whether the person can submit written testimony, two sources familiar with the discussions said.
Negotiators in the Democratic-led U.S. House of Representatives are open to the career intelligence officer making written testimony while negotiators in the Republican-majority Senate have resisted, said the sources.
The whistleblower’s representatives want to make sure the person remains anonymous. Discussions between Congressional investigators and representatives of the whistleblower have been suspended at least temporarily, though the sources indicated they were expected to resume when lawmakers return from a recess next week.I drank beer.
