Had this idea of going vegan for the whole of January, but failed already.

From a medical standpoint, the primary benefits of going vegan are reduction in saturated fats and cholesterol intake and the resetting of your gut bacteria. Those things can still be achieved by going mostly vegan.

On the matter of sex I'd like to point out to the wider populace that I had some 3 days ago. Thank you. Also that I'm currently eating goffre chocolat which is very pleasurable too. Also, to avoid misunderstandings, Epicurean hedonism can even be found in deterministic goal oriented lives. Pleasure comes from fullfilling a goal (not such as weating chocolate - a tiredness and effort inducing one)

So one could say that pleasure is derived from the achievemnt (or even following) of a goal. Hence all lives are epicurean and hedonism orionted. But that is not true because hedonism pre-requires the absence of pain to exist. And to actively seek to avoid pain. Something that most goal oriented lives exclude. So hedonism and goal setting lives are opposite and not all lives are hedonnism oriented in the context of it existing in the absence of pain and effort.

                            Maybe it’s masochistic hedonism?
