    Rules of conduct as part of terms of service.

    You agree not to use any Service to
    • Harass, stalk, threaten, embarrass, spam or do anything else to another user of any Services that is unwanted, such as repeatedly sending unwanted messages or making personal attacks or statements about race, sexual orientation, religion, heritage, etc.;

    Seems likely to me....
    One day Canada will rule the world, and then we'll all be sorry.

          The original three day ban seemed sufficient for first time offenders who were young children. It only got turned into permanent bans when the media and professional greavance agitators got involved. It just seems disproportionate to me when the supposedly offended person could have just used the game feature called block and the supposed "harassment" would never be seen again.

          I still believe this could have been a teaching moment but it seems we have stopped doing that which is sad.

            I have to agree. Ever-present social media sometimes doesn't help. Things get blown out of proportion quite quickly.
            Thank god we didn't have it when I was a kid. And I was one of those being bullied.
            It's almost as if all his overconfident, absolutist assertions were spoonfed to him by a trusted website or subreddit. Sheeple

              aeson is kicking butt and taking away IDs * in this thread (*=taking away IDs = greek phrase meaning pulverizing the opponent. aka taking his military ID after he's kaput) . Another phrase is "to take one pants"

                Bethesda aren’t the ones that should be teaching kids. A 3 day ban from a game won’t teach them anything anyway.

                As for it being a potential teaching moment, I quickly lost hope that you would learn anything from this.

                  It is obvious you won't learn anything either.

                    I’ve learned you think gaming companies should be raising our kids and that a good way to do so is to have servers dedicated to harassing each other ... even if it causes them to lose customers and possibly even face legal reprocussions. I didn’t know that before.

                      Do they have regional servers?

                        I'm pretty sure that if you beat, stabbed or shot other fallout players, then being banned in-game would be the least of your worries...
