The Bethesda spokesperson said Fallout 76 "empowers players to permanently block other players", pointing to the reporting tools on Bethesda.net and the Xbox One and PlayStation 4.

There are tens of thousands if not more players and you can perminently block any person you dislike for any reason. In addition any player can simply change servers which is what that one player did anyway. The solution is already there in the game. If you don't engage them then they cannot harm your PC and ig you block them you cannot hear them.

Yes, trolls can be jerks but they are going to be every where in the real world so teaching people to put their big boy pants on and deal with it like an adult is indeed a life skill which should be learned by young people.
