The actual crimes will be illegal campaign finance donations and possibly wire fraud. Now, those tape recordings Cohen has could be just as important as the secret White House tapes which blew the lid off Watergate and sank Nixon and the Republicans. Clinton was impeached for lying about an affair. He should have been impeached for sexual harassment/etc but we as a nation were not there yet.
Note that lying about an affair doesn't seem like a high crime or misdemeanor.
Bribing, campaign finance violations, obstruction of justice and so on does seem like a high crime or misdemeanor. Maybe Clinton would have done more if pressed (and actually, there are accusations that he did do more but not from Starr so I am not so sure about them, considering all of the proven BS from the right about Clinton: see pizzagate).

More great stuff about Trumps "lawyer" which just really isn't part of the job description for a lawyer. Yet another part of the Steel Dossier has been proven true, Cohen lied when he claimed he didn't go to Prague, so it seems likely that the alleged meeting with Russian officials did happen, that Trump did have money given to Kremlin backed hackers to target Hillary Clinton and help the Trump Campaign.
Mueller was very wise to charge Cohen in New York State instead of doing it all from his office. This means if New York State law can be used and Trump cannot pardon him for that. That means Cohen either has to pull a rabbit out of the hat and win the court case or else he really will do hard time with no pardon in sight. In case anyone has never read it this is a copy of the Steel Dossier. I do not understand the Democratic lawsuit besides just getting headlines and motivating voters. It is not like it will do anything Mueller or the Stormy Daniel's suit will not do.
