What "it" means is unclear, but considering Trumps allergy towards written text (of which the report contained 700 pages), it may be he means the few diagrams and pictures it contains.

Considering the fact that even the reports shortened version for policymakers was 33 pages long (and therefore by far surpasses Trumps attention span limit of 1 Din A4 page with a maximum of 10 bullet points), it can be doubted that Trump understood anything of it
