This is hilarious. The NYTs printed a fake news story about how many Patriots (football players) took a picture with POTUS. They lied about how many were in a picture with Obama, so the writer apologized for that.

They just didn't take into account that,in case of the Trump photo some of them were simply sitting in the audience instead of standing next to Trump nd therefore wrongly assumed that far less players had come to see Trump than in 2015 had come to see Obama.
