In a little less than 10 weeks, barring catastrophe, I will graduate. Getting my degree has been almost the sole focus of my life since the spring of 2012, which hasn't left me with a lot of time, energy, or money for anything else. So it occurs to me that I might want to take a break of some sort after graduating. Go on vacation, do something fun, something. I'm not sure how much money I'll have available for this, but I can definitely rule out, say, hiking across Europe. Anyone have any idea what the freshly minted bearer of a bachelor's degree in astronomy (with a minor in philosophy) is supposed to do to celebrate?

Where ever you go.. go to a gay club. My advice is extremely valuable as always. For there is [another] kind of violence, slower but just as deadly, destructive as the shot or the bomb in the night. This is the violence of institutions -- indifference, inaction, and decay. This is the violence that afflicts the poor, that poisons relations between men because their skin has different colors. - Bobby Kennedy (Mindless Menance of Violence)

think of something that you'd like to do but have never done before and then do it. it doesn't have to be big or fancy."The Christian way has not been tried and found wanting, it has been found to be hard and left untried" - GK Chesterton.

Well, Peru is pretty awesome. Probably not in your budget either though. Try a pollo a la brasa place, at least.
