On a wider note, do you consider a supplier buying you a beer a bribe? How about a car? How about a house? Is letting a client's son intern a favour or a bribe, or if you make them a nice cushy job even though they have no qualifications? All to win work?
There are so many grey lines on what constitutes corruption I wouldn't like to say what a company would do if it found questionable practices that were leading to sub-optimal results.
