YES IT IS! It depends. In child protection, absolutely yes. There are the kids present, sleeping or otherwise, it is their home. YOu are not supposed ot have sex there. I am fairly sure of this. Heck, I'd get a warning if I bonked a lady at my office for sure and I work for a bank.

But you are right, not fired. It would be bad... she would go into desperation mode seen only in psychological trillers. Better for her to have an income.

Lying in order to be able to cheat on the husband isn´t an indication that she is mentally unstable ... so, as long as her bosses don´t get to read the letters she wrote you, or hear the things she told you, her bosses most probably don´t have a justification to give her a warning, or fire her.

All in all it sounds to me that the only negative impact may lie in her relationship between her and her coworkers, if the story goes around at her workplace

This is certainly true. And they would not know and I have no desire to do anything about it, either. I just want to get rid of her, completely. As in no calling me, no texting me unless it is about the kids... just forget about me altogether. I don't want to get into any kind of conflicts with her because that does no good and I am tired of all of it. We are divorced and she should accept it already by getting on with her life. And yes, I am getting on with mine. I think I have contacted her exactly 0 times after our divorce proceedings started. No, I did text her one time when our son hit his head on a bookshelf and I took him to a doctor to see if it is a cut or just a scratch. Other than that, no contact from me and usually no reply from me either.

Not to make light of your situation in any way, but let's be totally clear: cheating on your husband, lying to facilitate cheating on your husband, and making ridiculous threats to get an advantage in divorce proceedings against said husband are signs of poor judgment and poorer character, not insanity.

No, I am not saying that cheating and lying is a sign of mental illness. Probably the most common thing there is.

The unstable part comes from a totally different dimension, where she has psychotic episodes. As in cannot separate reality from what is going on. Hearing things, seeing things. Self confessed. I would say that is mentally unstable. If not, then what is mentally unstable?

She has written about receiving treatment for narcissism. That is a personality disorder, yes, technically not a mental illness, but technically psychopathy is not mental illness either.

She actually suggested and figured it was an idea to be pitched, that she could live in my house, so in turn I could be with the kids until I die, and we could meet the man he was having an affair with. So I could see the future dad. Is that stable?

I am NOT saying none of this is illegal. I am saying it is ****ed up and very abnormal. It's not like I did something to her, I was sick and mostly trying to get a rest, undergoing cancer treatments and all that. She also told the kids I would die soon. This came out much later. That they do not have a daddy. Daddy gone.

If you think a normal person lies to his ill husbnad/wife to get away from the house with the kids to their mom so she can have a party for the co-workers that later on turns otu she was having sex in our bed WITH a co-worker who thought I was dead, while I was very much alive, with the kids, at my mom's.

That is pretty weird to me. I don't know about you.. maybe you understand and tolerate this kind of ****, but I don't. I think it is abnormal, borderline evil ****. She had it coming and the web of lies she has created around herself are now crumbling down.

under the assumption that you would be pushing daisies within short time and that it woudl therefore in your interest.

I don´t think it is a sign of unstability, but it surely fits into the narcisstic personality disorder you mentioned ...
i.e. this woman is so preoccupied with herself and her own "greatness" that she doesn´t even recognize how evil her suggestion may sound to everyone around her
(I guess in the world of her own mind it is your own fault that you don´t recognize the greatness of her plans (i.e. for example the one with regards to allow her to live in your house with her affair))
