I will have to look that one up.

It isn't hot sauce but lately I have been putting chimichurRI on all of my home grilled meats as it is so easy to make and tastes good.

You probably have a lousy version over there.

But chimichurry goes amazing with some grilled meats and especially with grilled chorizo sandwiches.

The recipe is the recipe so why should it be different? I mean it is just a condiment so how different could it get?

I also like a lemon-dill sauce on my crab cakes.

I don't have sauce on fresh meat.

on cheap processed meat, HP sauce is jolly good.

HP is not a "hot" sauce though.

I do not use any hot sauces.

Indian archar is pretty nice. Thick as it is a mix of pickled fruits, veggies, and spices which are finely chopped with a good balance heat and flavor from all the herbs and spices. Not a traditional hot sauce but does liven things up.

Because you very probably have a crappy recipe.
