  • Somehow I think average income is a larger factor then anything else here.
It's almost as if all his overconfident, absolutist assertions were spoonfed to him by a trusted website or subreddit. Sheeple

    • Yes, and gun control isn't that much of a factor at all.

      • Most of the illegal guns in the western hemisphere come from the US.

Erm, no. I'm saying you, like the rest of these liberals, are trolls, who think you are clever for making exaggerations and getting upset when others laugh at you.

            • I don't think you're right about that, but either way, they're definitely not purchased by private citizens and then smuggled out. They're sold to other governments and then get "lost" along the way.

You mean that a place with the same wealth, population and crime rate, but only 5% the amount of guns, would have the same homicide rate?

                • 5% the number of legal guns, yes.

It's a lot easier to get a gun in Canada than Mexico.

That sounds a little fast and furious to me.

I should clarify--it's easier to get a gun legally in Canada. The laws aren't all that restrictive. You get a license to own the gun, which is iirc a simple written test and a background check (in the US, you just need the background check generally), then you can buy a semi-automatic rifle of your choice. In Mexico, getting a legal firearm is an arduous task. There's only one place in the country you can buy them and there's a ****load of restrictions.

                          • Can someone explain to me what exactly the flag of the Army of Northern Virginia has to do with Dylan Roof's actions in Charleston? Would he not have committed the massacre had it not been displayed on the capital grounds of South Carolina or been made into the State flag of Mississippi?
