But I meant mineral salt. Like the hymalayan stuff.
So the white salt stuff you buy at the supermarket is mineral I think and of the low quality. Then you have sea salt (or rock salt) which is great and the (real) hymalayan which is greater? I think so.
Origin is pretty much irrelevant, since rock/mineral salt is effctively the remains of seas which dried out.
Quality is not very related to what type it is, since it has more to do with the local quality, the quality of the extraction process, and post-extraction additives.Indifference is Bliss
