I'm sure that hymalayan salt for one is far better than standard mineral salt and that sea salt is better than mineral salt.
Maybe there are studies that show this too.
However the huge benefits of a mediteranean diet are long verified again and again. It's true that olive oil and other stuff play a bigger factor but salt plays its minor part and is widely accepted that sea salt is far healthier.
