          I can't even understand how HC thinks that providing IED materials to "freedom fighters" under the perception that it might benefit them is somehow underhanded and scorn worthy and need of correction by us.

Evenything I read said it was originally intended to be a treaty but after Republicans took over the Senate they basically announced anything the President does they hate and would attempt to block. It is really an irrational position as they don't even know what is in it yet but sadly that is all we can expect out of the cult of braying asses.
