Lets say a thread was started like this attacking feminists. The thread was pretty much a bunch of jackasses saying feminists are nothing but unattractive women who can't please a man, and such. A women started calling these men idiots. So one man said, "when they removed your vagina did they let you lick it?". Then a person like yourself accused that women of all the things you accused me of. Then the person refused to even admit they made any accusation. Would you have respect for that person or anything they had to say?

Let's say a thread was started attacking nazis. The thread was mostly jackasses saying nazis are terrible, horrible people who want to exterminate the Jewish race and need to be stopped. One brave man decided absolutely the best thing he could do was to defend the nazis and so he started calling these people idiots, started claiming a bizarre alternative history was actually true, and making ridiculous and stupid sweeping statements about over half the population. So they insulted him asking if he was a ****ing idiot or just actually insane...
