                We have to discourage other nations from causing harm to our nation. We also need important trading partners and allies. 11 million is not a large nation.

                              They key point is that in 50 years the embargo has not managed to bring down the Castro regime, but free markets have a decent chance of doing so on their own, while making peoples' lives better.
