Let's see if I can remember off the top of my head:
-longstanding tradition in legal and religious history (the big one)
-religion must have a creed
-membership of regular worshipers
-a place of worship (not some dude's basement)
-an established organization of ordained ministers
-must also provide regular religious services (I'm not sure if the frequency matters, like weekly mass or whatever)To us, it is the BEAST.

That's the best way to describe BK's religious views... and views on everything. I really hope Christianity turns out to be true just so I get to witness him meeting Jesus.
I want to watch BK meet Jesus more than I actually want to meet Jesus myself. To us, it is the BEAST.

Also, I like how somehow taxing wealth is communist.

Tell you what - show me a divine scripture of the prophet Marley.
Medicare is publicly funded. Congress has the power to eliminate funding for Medicare. Or are you going to give me the bull**** that Medicare is not a public organization again?
Alright since you can live off Pot - lets see you try.
GODDAMNIT.
I said nothing of the sort.
Quote me saying that or shut the **** up.
Where does the constitution mention the free exercise of toking?
Congress has the right to pass laws unless the constitution explicitly forbears it.
And the people do not have the enumerated right to smoke pot.
Find one who argues that there is a constitutional right to pot.
The constitution explicitly protects freedom of religious expression.
Where does the constitution mention the free exercise of toking? It does not. One down. There is no enumerated right to toking.
Yes, there is an enumerated right. Right to life is protected in the US constitution.
Then they can ban pot and there's no constitutional right to it.

Ben: It's food stamps not Medicare that grants the government the authority you are claiming.I make no bones about my moral support for [terrorist] organizations. - chegitz guevara
For those who aspire to live in a high cost, high tax, big government place, our nation and the world offers plenty of options. Vermont, Canada and Venezuela all offer you the opportunity to live in the socialist, big government paradise you long for. –Senator Rubio

I dont see how food stamps gives Congress the power to decide what we eat and how much exercise we get.
Congress has the right to pass laws unless the constitution explicitly forbears it.
Thats why some of the Founding Fathers opposed a Bill of Rights, they saw no need since Congress was given limited powers.
