Isreal should stop building settlements there period. And the US shouldn't give a dollar more support until that happens.
And if there's another cessation of hostilities, maybe if Hamas spent their time and energy bettering the life of the people they're supposed to represent instead of just using it as another opportunity to dig more tunnels, buy more rockets, etc. Maybe Gaza wouldn't be such a cesspool.
