Well, the tire people suggested fixing my alignment anyway, and I told them to go ahead. But they're pretty sure the culprit for this flat was the pressure monitor getting dislodged and rubbing up against and damaging the tire. They asked me if I'd hit anything recently. I said no, but then remembered my neighbor backing into my car back in February. She hit it in the right place for this sort of thing to happen...Click here if you're having trouble sleeping.
