The trend is actually towards a political shakeup. Americans get their news and information from a broader array of sources than ever before, gerrymandering reform is gaining ground even in Oerdin's homestate, and the percentage of GDP spent on elections is well below its 19th century peak. But feel free to act like an expert on the politics of a country you don't even live in.John Brown did nothing wrong.

In Dinner's case, he propagandized them to death (or surrender, whichever came first).“It is no use trying to 'see through' first principles. If you see through everything, then everything is transparent. But a wholly transparent world is an invisible world. To 'see through' all things is the same as not to see.”

It worked too. To help persuade them I also spent liberally on the local economy so that stores were happy to see me even if they didn't like America in general. Everyone likes a good customer.
Another bonus to being in Psyop was that we were able to eat at local restaurants where as the rest of the army (outside of USASOC) couldn't. They had to keep eating only what the chow hall offered or be happy with MREs while we got to try different places every day. It was a nice perk.Try http://wordforge.net/index.php for discussion and debate.
