Don't know or care whether this is murder or not. Those kids were morons and had it coming. They'd broken into his house twice. The same house. They're the worst criminals ever.If there is no sound in space, how come you can hear the lasers?

Someone downloads music illegally. Shoot them!
Someone doesn't pay their taxes. Shoot them!
I thought you said CMU was a good school.“As a lifelong member of the Columbia Business School community, I adhere to the principles of truth, integrity, and respect. I will not lie, cheat, steal, or tolerate those who do.”

What might a reasonable person do, if their house was being burgled on a regular basis ?
How about installing a burglar alarm ?
Contacting a security service ?
Having a security expert advise you on how to make your home less inviting to burglars ?
Notifying the local police ?
On the other hand, you can feel so much more satisfaction exacting revenge on evildoers!Vive la liberte. Noor Inayat Khan, Dachau.

Except when.....
And you thought you were having a bad day.
Naperville police have launched an internal investigation into a bizarre incident, in which a police officer managed to get his squad car stuck atop a decorative boulder in the parking lot of a fast-food restaurant.
No one was injured during the incident. It occurred about noon Monday at the Taco Bell restaurant at 2775 Aurora Ave. on Naperville’s far west side.
Sgt. Bill Davis, the police department’s public information officer, said the officer behind the wheel of the squad car at the time “was attempting to turn around in the lot to check on a vehicle when he over-steered, and drove over the curb and the rock.”
The squad car, No. 188, came to rest almost precisely atop the boulder’s peak.
“The vehicle has been sent out for an estimate on repairs,” Davis said Wednesday via email.
“As with all crashes involving police vehicles, it has been forwarded to (the police) Internal Affairs Unit for further investigation,” Davis said. Those findings “then will be submitted to the command staff” and Police Chief Robert W. Marshall “for final disposition,” he said.
Davis would not identify the officer who was driving the squad car at the time of the incident.
“The police department cannot make any comments on personnel matters,” he said.
I live in Naperville. To us, it is the BEAST.
