Well now after reading the report that giblets doesn't see necessary to read or post here (he would rather call people who do rape apologists), it seems obvious that the study includes women who agree to have sex under the influence of alcohol and drugs. You just have to look at the findings of the study, which say that roughly half of those participating in the study have seen someone going to have sex after drinking or taking drugs but did nothing.
