The cracked retantion wall should have been picked up on and repaired long ago, but they weren't getting looked at and slacked off.
Part of the problem, is that the EPA has been suffering from budget cuts and staff reduction since the '90s unless I'm mistaken.

Every time I see this thread's title, I'm tempted to complete it as a couplet.

        ...judges never had to pee?
        ...prosecutors owned a Wii?
...crooks were thrown into the sea?
...mob boss favors set you free?
...trials were by Knight of Nee?

All of those would make more sense than what MrFun actually finished it with.

The purpose of this and all other threads is to make fun of idiotic posters.
“It is no use trying to 'see through' first principles. If you see through everything, then everything is transparent. But a wholly transparent world is an invisible world. To 'see through' all things is the same as not to see.”

Agree. Corporate negligence (or normal corporate behavior, for that matter) is far more threatening and deadly to Americans than a bunch of camel ****ers in caves.
To us, it is the BEAST.

Are you trying to say it's wholly American?
