I thought this thread was about America.

Also, the situation we are discussing has nothing to do with false accusations... but rather, cheeky twitter posts.

        Do you enjoy being wrong?

Ok, can someone who knows about US law please clear this one up for us. If you falsely accuse someone of being a paedophile in America, is that 'protected free speech'?

No, that's just what you'd like it to be about. Sally Bercow admitted what she had done and that it was wrong. The only person trying to claim it wasn't an implied accusation that he had commited serious crimes is you.

Nobody falsely accused anyone. Stop with the strawman.

She had to because of the consequences. Only an absolute idiot would think her twitter post was an actual accusation. At best, it was a harmless troll.

It's quite apparent that you lack the ability to determine correct from wrong. I'm able to detect your wrongness much better than you. So while I would appreciate your feedback on the matter, it's quite unnecessary.

I think it's obvious why kentonio wants to stop people from calling out pedophiles.

I see no room on these facts for any less serious meaning."

An absolute idiot or the legal profession, who seem to think that 'trolling' isn't actually a legally protected thing.

Yes. He is a moron... just like you.

You see, in America, a country that actually respects free speech, the case would have been dismissed. Because when a person harmlessly trolls, Americans generally understand the troll for what it is.

Just look at yourself. It's pathetic. It's like you are threatened by innuendo. Not only is that disrespectful to the spirit of free speech... but it makes you and your whole country look like a giant bag of pussies.

                    Gashbotherer.
And I'm not going to insult you if you can't even insult me properly.

I think the most important thing to take from this thread is the reminder that you will find stupid people no matter what their politics...
Oh, and that Ben was in agreement with the people that got it wrong...

We need to find a solution to the problem of the 39% of americans that still approve of Obama's job performance.

If only we could make the remaining 39% into Bible-thumping rednecks in Oklahoma.

                                100 - 39 = 39.
