What would you "press charges" for, tough guy? Your "motorcycle" (known to people with inheritances as a BIKE, you cheap AND poor loser) isn't a car, it doesn't belong in parking spaces, public or otherwise EVEN IF THE TRAINING WHEELS ARE OFF

One tactic I have used in the past to defuse cases like this is to give her your credit card, tell her to spend as much as she wants for 24 hours, report it stolen, and claim that she is armed. The police will mop her up for you.
