I think the point is you don't, you don't declare it anywhere. Sava proposed I solve my tax problems by simply running a cash only contraband business and evading taxes.
That's the solution to your problem. If you don't like it, that's your fault. You have a choice to do it or not. Otherwise, stop being a whiny little *****.
Kuci: Yes, I understand what derivatives are. And yes, I understood you were referring to investments. This isn't the proper place to have an educated discussion about such things, so I won't even try... especially not with someone with an IQ in the 110-120 range.
I can guarantee that my health care and college expenses will be less than half of my future pre-tax earnings. Swedes can't, even if they don't go to college or ever visit a doctor.
I'm sure, but it's not like 50% of your future pre-tax income is the difference between the taxes in Sweden and the US.
Most of the children like reg, HC, and kuci don't have a real world knowledge of or experience with medical costs... and that's understandable. They are young. I don't suspect any of them had parents with significant illnesses.
And unless they die suddenly in a car accident or something, they will inevitably face those costs. The realization will only come at that point. But it's likely, even then, that they won't fully comprehend the situation. I'd suspect it comes from their father (or family in general), but HC and Kuci have a strong ideological filter that distorts their reality. And that's fine.
Interesting, just out of interest who do you suggest should then pay for the major medical procedure and hideously expensive follow up treatments after the bankrupcy?

Unless I misunderstand Kuci, the notion is that the threat of bankruptcy compels you to purchase medical insurance.
If there is no sound in space, how come you can hear the lasers? ){ :|:& };:
i'd help you fight the good fight, sava, but i'm probably too drunk at the moment to do so. will it suffice that i go have sex with my girlfriend? that way i can still be helpful in spirit?

You misunderstood me. I was sarcastically highlighting Sava's absurd claim.
Also, the option value of bankruptcy reduces the incentive to purchase insurance (relative to a world in which you cannot discharge debts in bankruptcy).
God I can't imagine what it would be like to live in Sweden and have half your pay garnished. I think I'd freak out and go Timmy McVeigh on the tax agency headquarters.
When I was living in New York it was close to half. Now more like 43%.
