  • As I understand the PC crowd.......................... if someone is beating the **** out of you, just lay there and take it. If you use deadly force to protect yourself there is a possibility of getting charged with murder especially if the victim is black. If deadly force is used the black community will not settle for anything but guilty in a kangaroo trial or they will threaten to burn down the towns and neighborhoods.

Yes. You forgot the whole running after the guy and initiating the confrontation thing.

So don't run after people and start fights with them.
To us, it is the BEAST.

        So yeah.

        Again.

Under questioning by defense attorney Mark O'Mara, Rao acknowledged she was appointed by state attorney Angela Corey, who is overseeing the prosecution of Zimmerman. She also conceded that while Zimmerman's injuries were consistent with one punch, it does not mean that he was not hit repeatedly.

"Could it of been four times?" O'Mara asked Rao, who replied, "That's not my opinion but it is possible."

          • in the clip i saw she said plainly that zimmerman's injuries were superficial and not consistent with "slamming", which implied the use of "great force"

he probably did it to himself after he ran up and shot him

              • also, anyone who possesses a weapon (non-police/military) within 500 yards of a child should be charged with child endangerment

running around outside your home with a gun? concealed or otherwise? that's a public menace

we should have drones flying around that target such people and kill them

they are threats to us all

                    • Because you're so passionate about your argument, you would make a good lawyer or troll.

slamming was Z's description and she wants to argue he should have described it differently?

okay Z, you should have said M was banging your head on the concrete

or tapping your head on the concrete

                            or...

did you notice how the medical examiner complained a photo defense was showing her didn't allow for a decent analysis (comparison) of the sides of Z's head from the front at eye and nose level? The photo was cropped and didn't show the top of his skull.

So she looked thru her photos and discovered she had the same photo, she didn't even know that after her analysis. Not inspiring any confidence with that mistake, her testimony didn't help clarify anything - we already know the injuries weren't life threatening and all she could do was claim 3 blows "could" account for the cuts while more blows "could" have happened. Anyone looking at his head could see at least 2-4 "impacts" severe enough to match Zimmerman's description of the attack.

                              either way, it's irrelevant.

                              zimmerman started it

                              it's his fault

                              is it murder? i dunno

i think he was just a wannabe cop out playing rambo

                              and he killed someone

                              so whatever that is

Self defense is a affirmative defense to murder. Onus is on defendant to prove there is reason to believe it occurred. As I understañd Florida law, state wants murder 2 (which requires then proving beyond doubt depraved heart). Manslaughter is a lesser included and requires Zimmerman to demonstrate defense though not to nearly as high a standard as state must prove guilt
