I don't get why people are creeped out about this, to be honest.

You don't see what's creepy about an always on and connected to the internet camera/microphone required for the system to function? Can I install a bug in your house? That's only one of the reasons the system sounds like a pile of **** though.

Why do they require the camera and microphone to be on? What reason do they have for needing to be able to look at every person who's playing every game--including games with no Kinect functionality--at all times they are playing it? I don't even know how or if they might abuse such a thing, but the mere fact that it is required is seriously ****ing weird and icky, like if you had to activate the thing by talking dirty to it or something. I feel sorry for the user who's Kinect breaks down for some reason, and now can’t access or play on his/her system. No one would accept this if your standard gamepad controller broke for whatever reason, so why the **** should we accept this for the Xbox One?

That is exactly what I meant by "accessories". Market should have been in quotes too.
Although I would not be surprised if people pay money for pices of plistic that do what you can do with some crap everybody has lying around.
