If you just put the ingredients in a blender it isn't flammable, I think you need to facilitate a specific reaction. Not sure.

IIRC you have to mix it with alcohol and wait for it to dry completely. And you have to mix it in parts, like every 100 grams of charcoal you mix in the additives.

Did the 2nd bomber, the 19 year old, have an explosive vest on? I got into a discussion with a retired Connecticut detective tonight that is utterly convinced this guy will walk.
He'll go to trial, his lawyer will say that his dead brother pressured him greatly, that the younger brother ran over his older brother, not in error, but in desperation.
A couple of old women on the jury, and he beats it. They see their grandson sitting there. I don't know what his life will be like in the USA after, but hey...
