For one thing, the sieve is a memory hog; there may be an implementation that runs in constant space, but I'm not aware of it. But more to the point, enumerating all of the primes up to 2^1024 using the sieve will still require a minimum of 2^512 operations - that will take 10^134 years if you're executing a trillion operations per second, and by that point we'll run into the heat death of the universe.

Besides, having a 2^-256 chance that your prime number isn't actually a prime is reasonable - that's about the same probability that somebody can randomly guess your secret key.

I was checking out the BBC and what do I find but a video about how goat meat is catching on in the UK. Apparently goat milk and goat cheese is the in thing right now because goat milk can command a higher price than cow's milk due to over supply of cow's milk in the EU. This means there are a lot more goats in the UK and more and more of them are ending up on tables in the cities.
That's another local restaurant called The Smoking Goat. Imagine my disappointment when I found that not only don't they serve any entrees featuring goat meat but they also do not smoke any meats either. What a terribly misnamed restaurant.
There was a short-lived restaurant here called the Smokey Pelican. They served smoked meats, and they served fish. They did not serve smoked fish, which i found terribly disappointing.
No, I did not steal that from somebody on Something Awful.
