I agree with you. House should be made in a proper manner so that the person living in it are satisfied and also gets good resale value in case you think of selling it.

Looking good! Those trees will be nice when they mature... I'd want a fence between me and the other neighbor...maybe you have that in the plans? When we installed a rock wall in our back yard (it was a sloping ugly hill before) Mrs. Sneak planted some stuff that took a few years to grow and settle in, but it was well worth the wait. You could do some nice things with big planters and move them around as you see fit later. Also, some propane heat for quick breaks as an alternative to starting a fire would be cool. A couple of artsy sail shades and you're golden!

Whoa, blast from the past. Welcome back!

And yeah, a fence is in the plans for the open side of the yard there. They're probably doing it last, as they're still bringing the cat in to move things around a lot.
