Nice troll, but incorrect. There's a difference between death of an organism and cellular death. There is no such thing in the real world as "instant" death, and spontaneous movement and other phenomena occurs in association with death. I've seen it firsthand.

What your oh-so-objective site is referring to (the actual context of the Obama quote), is a non-viable fetus that shows some indication of movement or other behavior, that is consistent with spontaneous behavior before death. If you have a pickled fetus in a jar, it's outside the womb, but it's still a fetus.

What Kermit did was entirely different - these were viable fetuses, and thus persons in every legal sense. Fry him.

Supervision of abortion clinics is merely code for the state limiting the rights of women.
