Green energy is functionally useless

Up to 7 squad cars and a police chopper can chase 1 criminal for stealing a donut, then impound him for a year of "Rehabilitation" in a police station dungeon

Buildings with sick workers sound like a Nazi death camp when you click on them

Cannot name any city "Towelheadville," "Gookville" or any racial slur + ville.

I installed a mod that gets around the city name restrictions. It also lets you install vending machines that dispense used schoolgirls' panties.

Picked it up last night. Very amused by it so far. If anyone wants to make a Poly region, I'd be down.

It's a complete 180 from Simcity 4. I'm honestly surprised by this "Sim Town" approach, and by the fact they hired someone to input "Towelhead" into their censor. Not sure what to make of it so far, mainly because it seems I'm always in need of more residential, and fires caused by traffic jams blocking my firetrucks seem insanely frequent.

I dislike the amount of protesting my people do. I'd like there to be a "police beat down" option. Your water is dirty? TOO BAD!

Let me know when they expand the tile size, denerf the transportation options, allow contiguous cities, and all the other things they amputated from SimCity 4.

I can't say I'm enthusiastic about the changes. The problem is that a lot of people [read: me] play SimCity as a sandbox, and as such like the idea of being able to test things out, undo them if they don't work, and generally just play by myself. I wouldn't mind the social stuff at all if it were an option - heck, it sounds like fun - but it's not why I play SimCity primarily, and I want the ability to have a larger city and to have offline play.
