I think my favorite (or maybe least favorite, I'm not sure) thing about Jerusalem was the beggars. They'd walk up to me, an Obviously American Tourist, and beg for money, usually with some grotesque limp and strained expression. When I said no, their posture immediately improved and it was plainly obvious they had no ailment beyond laziness.If there is no sound in space, how come you can hear the lasers?
