Since you so eloquently put it, "rinse and repeat", you can only hope they never get a nuke in one of your harbors right ?

For those who aspire to live in a high cost, high tax, big government place, our nation and the world offers plenty of options. Vermont, Canada and Venezuela all offer you the opportunity to live in the socialist, big government paradise you long for. –Senator Rubio

The focus on Afghan civilians is part of a misguided "hearts and minds" strategy. We're talking about insanely backwards people who will pretty much never like us, because we aren't backwards like them. What we should have done, is instead, make them fear us so that they won't play host to people who blow up our buildings again. If they attack us again then we bomb the **** out of them again. Rinse and repeat. It's what Israel does in Gaza and it works. We shouldn't be wasting our time with this "building democracy" crap.“As a lifelong member of the Columbia Business School community, I adhere to the principles of truth, integrity, and respect. It seems we have two people, possibly three, who have posted on this page who agree with me.
The whole nation-building experiment in Afghanistan was misguided and dumb and we should have knocked over the Taliban and left. If they came back, we'd just bomb their presidential palace or whatever. Then continue our ongoing assassinations of Al Qaeda leaders.

This would be much easier if you could read. Go through it again and come back with something that is actually about what was said.“As a lifelong member of the Columbia Business School community, I adhere to the principles of truth, integrity, and respect. I will not lie, cheat, steal, or tolerate those who do.”
