No, apparently you are a REPUBLICAN drunken frat boy! The point of the movie was OBVIOUSLY to poke fun at a ridiculously conservative college student, and not a low brow slapstick comedy. ANY idiot could tell that's what he meant when he referenced Animal House, and it's entirely unreasonable for anyone to forget a character from any movie they've ever seen.
He's still going on about the Zimbabwe/Rhodesia stuff too. I think he's just mad because he can't stand the thought of anyone other than himself having opinions on African history.

At any rate, I haven't read through all this wisdom, but to answer the OP, humans are the only creature that feels embarrassment or sense of failure to the point of committing suicide. Humans, in a general observation, are pretty weak.
Life is not measured by the number of breaths you take, but by the moments that take your breath away.

What is it with you and not understanding a single word anyone else writes?
And as predicted, Molly's insecurities are in full display.
Alas, you don't seem to understand the difference between explication and insecurity. Given the limited vocabulary frequently on display in your posts, that may account for, as you put it:
not understanding a single word anyone else writes?
It may of course also be a medical condition affecting your ability to learn or comprehend which you have yet to reveal to us or have diagnosed.
I'm poly Nostradamus
So you're someone who wrote in fairly meaningless verse which has been interpreted by gullible fools to mean whatever it is they want to believe ? I find that hard to credit as I don't think you could write a half decent quatrain.

I don't want to hint that you're maybe a tad arrogant here, but doesn't that imply you think you could ? By all means, do try.
Why does he post obscure non-sequiturs?
Good use of italics for emphasis. Do different colours and font sizes too, impress me.
We're exposing him for what he is.
Perhaps an unfortunate hasty reuse of italics. Note that in a previous post I used italics for (ironic) emphasis in the same sentence, separated by a conjunction. Try this yourself in future.
He wouldn't be worth the effort if he wasn't so haughty.
'Haughty' is novel for you I think. I like it, but don't use it in everyday speech in your neighbourhood, because people may think you've been overdoing 'Masterpiece Theatre' or mainling Jane Austen.
All in all, not a bad first effort Al.

I'm not going to bother reading molly's posts so...
....you'll just ask someone better able to read hard words to do it for you instead ?
If you put me on ignore then put me on ignore- mean what you say, say what you mean, after all- and don't keep getting your tighty whities in a bunch. Imagine how much better it'll be for your blood pressure.

I said **** it. I'm not reading the rest of this crap.
You're a regular heartbreaker Al. You mean you don't read books like Peter Hopkirk's 'Setting The East Ablaze' or 'The Great Game: On Secret Service In High Asia' ?
I'm mildly surprised.

Yeah I said that because frankly I don't give a **** if molly read about it on the internet, in Britannica, or in a rare book found only in the depths of the Oxford library accessible only after you defeat a mighty dragon.
I'm reminded of an old Ike and Tina Turner songtitle- 'I Can't Believe What You Say Because I See What You Do'.
Clearly if you didn't give a damn, you wouldn't have kept mentioning Google, or accusing me of googling for my info. And clearly if you were really ignoring my posts and couldn't give a damn, you'd be doing something else, such as posting in a different thread.
in the depths of the Oxford library
I do wonder exactly which library you mean here. Oxford in the U.K. has more than one. Perhaps you're referring to my mention of The British Library, which is in London. It's quite big, quite famous, and open to the public- reading or non-reading, so you needn't fret about not getting in.

His incredibly lame insults and appellations are hilarious
I like the way you use 'lame' and 'appellation'. As though you were trying to get me to react.
and he's so easy to antagonize.
But you haven't antagonized me. You've made me feel a little bit sorry for you- which isn't the same thing.
It just kills me that I predicted he'd go on a huge multi post rant to defend his sacred intellectual honor because he's deeply insecure
As I've pointed out before, correcting your misconceptions and assumptions isn't insecurity. I just don't think that the stock of the world's ignorance is in such short supply that it needs your additions.
I still like how he called me a drunken frat boy
If you liked it so much, quote me saying it. Now, regina, you know I really didn't.
ANY idiot could tell that's what he meant when he referenced Animal House
You couldn't, and didn't. Neidermeyer wasn't a drunk.
and it's entirely unreasonable for anyone to forget a character from any movie they've ever seen.
You've stated in several posts that you claimed to know what I mean, or can predict what I say. And yet you couldn't with Neidermeyer- and apparently still can't.
Would it be helpful if you actually watched the film ?
I think he's just mad because he can't stand the thought of anyone other than himself having opinions on African history.
By all means have an opinion. But do they have to be such uninformed, lazy and predictable ones ?

(My one regret is that I cannot ignore entire threads, specifically the music thread, which is filled with his sticky ejaculate)
I'll be honest, the idea of you contemplating my ejaculate under any conditions makes me somewhat nauseous. Good to see that whole ignoring me thing is still working for you though.
