Wow, one house in an entire city where only a few tools were taken? 16 million people in the greater NYC area but it simply must have been chaos with one house having one box of tools taken.

Face it, there was no wide spread looting or rioting. Also it is telling that that happened on Staten Island which was under a 100% mandatory evacuation order and people were told no help would be able to reach them for days.

I've seen news reports where people were stranded in their houses at night afraid of roving packs of looters, waiting for police that won't be coming to the rescue.
