I'm watching the Tigers game, but I was going to rely on you miscreants, ne'er-do-wells, and jackaknapes to give completely partisan distorted reactions to the Debate, so I could figure out what was going on by assuming the exact opposite of what you said.

I am very disappointed.

Whoever is declared the winner, it won't have anything to do with what was actually said during the debate.

There seemed to be a lot of "undecided" democrats in the audience asking questions. I mean, gun control, for instance. That's not actually a serious issue anymore except to a handful of liberals in the northeast and the west coast. And I guess Chicago.

Romney was a bit of a jackass to the moderator. He was petty on a lot of points and got burned badly for one. He stayed on topic a bit more than the first debate, but that's in part to the moderator forcing him to.

Obama started off sluggish but gained momentum as the debate went on. He was much more respectful to the moderator. He also taught Romney an important lesson in debates. Don't ask your opponent questions during your time!!! They will own you!

Had this been the first debate the election would be over.


Also, Romney agrees with a hell of a lot of Obama's policies. I was waiting for Obama to respond in several moment with "I'm glad Candidate Romney likes my policies. I like them too. That's why we're running on them."

I dunno if the audience liked Obama better but the people asking the questions (THAT I SAW) seemed to hand Obama some layups. Although Obama's response wasn't that great to that question because he can't really come out in favor of more gun control if he wants to win Ohio or Virginia. So it's a wash. Again, I didn't see the whole debate. I have no idea who won.
