So, I've observed some stuff in Army ROTC before, but not actually participated, and today was the first PT (physical training) session.

There were others about running people over in tanks, killing terrorists in caves, invading Iran, and so on.

At first this struck me as kinda nuts, but then, as the title states, it's almost as if the army is principally concerned with killing people.

Meh.

When I was in the army(conscript, which make it even worse imo) they handed us a sheet of paper which included the following lines ( still know part of it by heart).

"Drop that napalm from the sky
See the children burn and die".

Needles to say I wasn't a very active participant during this enchanting bit of the song.

Then it ended with
"If I die I don't give a damn
'cause I did it for Baudewijn" ( who was king at the time)


Yeah bro, that ain't gonna happen... more chance of me singing the first bit to be honest.
