Was just wondering why they needed to shoot him through the door, rather than taze him as he came out. Then again if the officer inside had fallen or something, it could have further endangered him I suppose not taking out the attacker. You'd think shooting towards him was pretty dangerous anyway though.

In Wales does "virtually the entire____" mean the same thing as "1/3"[Gunowners, many of whom do not routinely go to the range]?
Hyperbole much?
Seriously, these days it's just easier to point and laugh at the situation they've created for themselves every time one of them goes nuts and wipes out a whole bunch of people!Today, you are the waves of the Pacific, pushing ever eastward. You are the sequoias rising from the Sierra Nevada, defiant and enduring.

Originally posted by MOBIUSThat entire article is a tour de force in ignorance! Virtually the whole article is wrong, especially the Tony Martin piece (apparently the only story they could find on this subject) which seems to have been twisted out of all proportion to suit the fallacy that the UK is a far more dangerous place to live than the US!
