I find it highly amusing that there are about as many british armed forces on the island as their are actual islanders.

A while back I looked into what you'd have to do to visit the falkland islands. It's really difficult. There's only three flights a week, two from the UK via Ascension Island and one via Chile.

Apart from the flight schedule, its relatively easy. Hell, I went there while the ban to argentine people was still up.

To be fair, they didn't set up a military base there until after we invaded.

Before the Argentinian government makes any claims to territory they should demonstrate the ability to govern the territory they already have. Not doing so well on that front lately.
