Why is it rent-seeking if an employee demands more pay than the value of his work, but not if the employer demands more work for pay less than its value?“As a lifelong member of the Columbia Business School community, I adhere to the principles of truth, integrity, and respect. I will not lie, cheat, steal, or tolerate those who do.”
