    • Now that you're a bikie KH, time to get with the lingo. Bikes are ridden, not driven.

          • To me, 250 is a dirt bike, 6/700ish is a pocket rocket, and 1000+ is a true highway machine.

250 usually is most powerful in the 0-40 range, 6/700ish is in the 0-65 range, and the big machine are in the 30-90 range.

I'm not saying the 250 won't do 65, just has no nuts after ~40.

Just do yourself the favor and drive both (after your lessons). If you still like the 250 better then go for it. I suspect that you have a mind change. Anything bigger than 750ish is too much for a first bike, unless you are 6'4" 240 lbs.
We're sorry, the voices in my head are not available at this time. Please try back again soon.

Do you have either a car or a woman? Also, a porsche is just a car. Get a real job and get some perspective.

                • Hmm. In the UK Porsche says "I am an arrogant wanker/bastard who works in The City". Would suit KH perfectly?

In America Porsche says "guy with ****ing cool as **** car." I don't know what crazy pills you all are on.

                      • That's only true if age < 30 (for the owner) and no balding is going on. Otherwise, Porche = midlife crisis.

                        • I'd go more with <40.

                          • Any sports car bought by a person older than 40, when they have no history of owning a sports car is a midlife crisis car. QED.

This is a very common misconception among people having or planning to have a midlife crisis sports car in their 30's.
