WTF is ABC doing putting their "exclusive" over his head for most of the video? Look... we have video... let's cover up the only important thing about the video!

If that's really him (with all the ****ups, it may not be), that's pretty damning for Zimmerman. I've been in fistfights where I never felt my life was truly threatened (I know you can die from a single blow so every physical altercation is life-threatening, but still), I received medical attention that cleaned me up, but I still looked like I had been in a fight.
I was expecting photos of Zimmerman's injuries would be shown to the jury to demonstrate that he was threatened, but he looks cool in the video."Flutie was better than Kelly, Elway, Esiason and Cunningham." - Ben Kenobi

Likewise, I keep seeing people say things about 'probable cause'. That's a constraint placed on law enforcement personnel, not private citizens!"Flutie was better than Kelly, Elway, Esiason and Cunningham." - Ben Kenobi

New video shows no blood or bruises on Zimmerman. He was wearing a fleece so maybe his shirt had grass stains but there is none on his fleece.

Running around and stopping people is not one of the thing they're supposed to do. Zimmerman was never a member of the organization. He was simply a volunteer vigilante. I keep seeing him referred to as a "Neighborhood Watch Captain", but he wasn't a member of the organization and furthermore it's said that he was the only person to volunteer to patrol the community. If he was the only member of this fake neighborhood watch how does that make him a "captain" of the neighborhood watch?
Furthermore, unless Zimmerman would have had no means of identifying himself as a neighborhood watch person. Neighborhood watch organizations issue nice little signs to put on houses and poles to notify burglers that there is a local neighborhood watch organization, but they don't issue badges.
...
He could have given himself the title of General or Fieldmarshal in his own fictional Neighborhood organization if he had wished so
(at least under the assumption that the name "Neighborhood watch" isn´t a protected title somehow and therefore anyone can start his own "neighborhood watch" if he wishes so, apart from this official organization you are referring to )
As for the ABC-Video...
so, lets assume the injuries never existed ...
in this it seems like it is necessary to examine the role of the police officers who were involved in the case ... after all, in this case it seems like they helped to construct a cover-up for something thatperhaps is either manslaughter or murder.Last edited by Proteus_MST; March 29, 2012, 04:47.Tamsin (Lost Girl): "I am the Harbinger of Death. Well....I did notice that all the cops were white in the video (actual "white", not "white hispanic")"I am sick and tired of people who say that if you debate and you disagree with this administration somehow you're not patriotic. We should stand up and say we are Americans and we have a right to debate and disagree with any administration." - Hillary Clinton, 2003

Of course, we don't know what happened, but you don't need special authority to walk up to someone and ask what they're up to. Think about the reverse: if Martin walked up to Zimmerman and asked him what he was doing, would Martin have been the aggressor and would Zimmerman been entitled to use force to defend himself?"I say shoot'em all and let God sort it out in the end!

It is not hard to imagine how Zimmerman might have compelled Martin to answer questions, but that is pure speculation."My nation is the world, and my religion is to do good." --Thomas Paine

Having nowhere else to post this I wonder which implies a more judgemental culture, being assumed guilty in the court of public opinion or being found guilty for being a drunk racist troll. (looking at you Oerdin)
